Sell your camera gear
A body gathering dust in a cupboard, a grandfather’s kit, a whole job lot rescued from an attic: we regularly buy photo and video equipment to test it, get it back in working order and find it a new owner. Describe it, show it in photos, and get an offer, or an honest explanation.
Free, no-obligation estimate: you’re free to turn down the offer, no reason needed.

- A person, not an algorithmThe person who tests the cameras is the one who looks at your proposal.
- Photos make the estimateThe more we can see of the item, the fairer the offer, flaws included.
- An offer, or an honest explanationIf we can’t take it, we tell you why.
- Faulty? Just say soA broken body can still be used for parts.
How it works
- You describeFour short steps: the type of gear, the make and model, its actual condition.
- You show itUp to six photos. That’s what turns a vague price range into an actual offer.
- We replyAn offer, or an honest explanation if the item isn’t a fit for the workshop.
Step 1 of 4
What are you selling?
Tell us about the gear
Show it to us
Up to 6 photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, 8 MB max each). The camera from several angles, and close-ups of any flaws: that’s what makes the offer fair.
Photos are only used for the estimate.
Where should we reply?
Your proposal is with the workshop. A confirmation has just been sent to your inbox (check your spam folder the first time). We’ll get back to you with an offer, or an honest explanation.
What we take
Four categories, plus whole job lots. They’re what keeps the shop stocked.

Your trade-in questions
Do you buy faulty cameras?
Often, yes. A broken body can be used for parts to repair another one. Just tell us what doesn’t work.
How is the offer worked out?
From the actual condition (your photos), demand for the model, and what it will cost us to restore it. That’s why photos count for more than a long description.
How does the handover work?
Once we’ve agreed on the price, we work out the simplest option together: shipping, or handing it over in person, depending on where you are. Nothing is sent before we agree.
And if I’d just like an estimate?
It’s free and there’s no obligation. You’re free to turn down the offer, no reason needed.
