Gift card questions
How do they use the card?
They choose their pieces on analoggwerz.com, open their basket and type the card code into the promo code field. The shop takes the amount off the total.
What if the piece costs more than the card?
They pay the difference at checkout, with the shop’s usual payment methods.
Does the welcome code work with the card?
Yes. The shop applies the 5% newsletter discount first, then the card pays the rest.
Where can I see what’s left on the card?
The link in the email opens the card and shows today’s balance.
I typed the wrong email address.
Write to us with your order number: we’ll send the card to the right address.
