Bank details go directly through it: <strong>they are neither seen nor stored by Analog Gwerz<\/strong>. We only keep the payment confirmation. To detect fraud, Stripe, Google Pay and\n        <strong>hCaptcha<\/strong> place security trackers on the pages where payment is offered.<\/p>\n        <dl>\n          <dt>Data<\/dt><dd>Amount, date, transaction status, last four digits of the card where applicable.<\/dd>\n          <dt>Legal basis<\/dt><dd>Performance of the contract and legal obligation (accounting, fraud prevention).<\/dd>\n          <dt>Retention period<\/dt><dd>10 years for accounting obligations. It announces new arrivals, and your first sign-up gives you a 5% discount code. The photos are stored on the site\u2019s server, in France. The workshop sees them in the email that notifies it of your proposal.<\/p>\n        <dl>\n          <dt>Data<\/dt><dd>Name, email, phone (optional), description, asking price, photos sent.<\/dd>\n          <dt>Legal basis<\/dt><dd>Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/dd>\n          <dt>Retention period<\/dt><dd><strong>3 years<\/strong> from the last exchange, as with messages.<\/dd>\n        <\/dl>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"agp-trait\">\n        <h3>Measuring audience and advertising<\/h3>\n        <p>The site uses tags from <strong>Google<\/strong> (Analytics and Ads), statistics from\n        <strong>WordPress.com<\/strong> (Jetpack), the tag from <strong>Pinterest<\/strong> and visit tracking from\n        <strong>MailerLite<\/strong> to understand where visitors come from and measure how well campaigns perform. None of them loads until you agree in the banner. Given its size and activity, the company is not required to appoint a data protection officer: your requests are handled directly by its president.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"agp-art\">\n        <h3>Who receives your data<\/h3>\n        <p>Your data is <strong>never sold, rented or transferred<\/strong>. It is only passed on to the service providers strictly necessary for running the shop, each within the limits of its task:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li><strong>o2switch<\/strong>\u00a0: hosting of the site and its database, in France.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>WooPayments<\/strong>\u00a0: secure processing of card payments (payment solution built into WooCommerce, published by Automattic and running on Stripe\u2019s infrastructure).<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Boxtal<\/strong>, the shipping broker our parcels go through: it receives the information needed for delivery (name, address and, depending on the shipping method, phone or email) and passes it on to the <strong>carrier chosen<\/strong>\n          for your parcel, according to the offer selected at the time of shipping.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>MailerLite<\/strong>\u00a0: sending the newsletter, to subscribers only.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Google<\/strong>\u00a0: audience measurement and advertising campaigns, through the trackers described in the cookie policy, and Google Pay for payments that use it.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Automattic<\/strong> (WordPress.com): Jetpack and WooCommerce visit statistics, once you have agreed.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Pinterest<\/strong>\u00a0: measuring visits and purchases coming from Pinterest, once you have agreed.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>hCaptcha<\/strong> (Intuition Machines): anti-fraud check at payment.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>These providers act as processors: they are contractually bound to use your data only for the service entrusted to them.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"agp-art\">\n        <h3>Transfers outside the European Union<\/h3>\n        <p>The site is hosted <strong>in France<\/strong>, and shipping goes through Boxtal, a French company. However, Google, Pinterest, hCaptcha and WooPayments (the latter published by the American company Automattic, like Jetpack statistics, and running on Stripe) may process some data <strong>outside the European Union<\/strong>, particularly in the United States.
